Heartfelt Thanks to Mr. Chan Ho Shing (Mr. Chan), Physiotherapist of the Multi-disciplinary Outreaching Support Team for the Elderly, ELCHK

At Senior Care Wellness Elderly Home, we have always been committed to providing quality and heartfelt care services for the elderly residents. In the past year and a half, Mr. Chan Ho Shing (Mr. Chan), physiotherapist of the Multi-disciplinary Outreaching Support Team for the Elderly, ELCHK, has visited our home every Wednesday to provide professional, attentive, and loving physiotherapy services to our elderly residents. We recently heard that Mr. Chan will complete his last day of service at our home on 9^th July 2025, and will move on to another service unit to start a new chapter in his life. We have specially written this message to express our sincere gratitude and blessing to him.

Mr. Chan has always cared for every elderly resident’s needs with meticulousness, patience, and professionalism. He always listens patiently to the voices of the elderly residents and their family members. He tailors rehabilitation plans, and accompanies the elderly residents towards recovery step by step.

Some elderly residents who were previously bedridden, thanks to Mr. Chan’s dedicated treatment and encouragement, are now able to walk with walking frames and have regained their independence and freedom. These changes have not only enhanced the physical functions of the residents but have also greatly improved their mental health and quality of life.

Mr. Chan's professional knowledge and warm care are deeply loved and appreciated by residents, family members and colleagues. His departure makes everyone feel reluctant to part with him. Mr. Chan also expressed his appreciation for our management team, believing that our home can unite colleagues and create a working environment full of care and support; and our home is also one of the most cohesive teams among the many elderly care homes he has visited. Whether it is the mutual support among colleagues or the personalized tolerance and care for the elderly, it makes Senior Care Wellness Elderly Home exuding a unique "home" atmosphere. 

We once again sincerely thank Mr. Chan for his selfless dedication and professional contribution in the past year and a half. We wish Mr. Chan a bright and successful future! We firmly believe that his love and professionalism will continue to illuminate the rehabilitation path of more elderly people.
