Key Services
The following services are provided for residents in Senior Care Elderly Care Homes:

Single bedroom with en suite, Single room, and shared rooms;

Multi-disciplinary team provides a tailor-made Individual Care Plan (ICP) for each of our residents for the needs of nursing care, rehabilitation, social interaction, counselling service and daily living support;

Registered social workers provide psychosocial need assessment, counselling services and programme activities for maximizing the potential of residents, etc.;

Nursing services, including Wound Care, Nasogastric tube feeding, Urinary catheter care, Stoma care, Peritoneal Dialysis, administration and supervision of medication;

Staff on duty 24 hours per day;

Regular visits by a registered medical practitioner from private and public sector;

Special personal care services for residents with dementia , stroke or diabetes; and

Registered physiotherapist and occupational therapist provide therapeutic exercises and treatments, on a group or individual basis, to maintain or improve the functioning of residents
Healthy Diet
Our homes provide residents with 3 meals a day plus afternoon tea for maintaining healthy and balanced diet. Special diet will be offered to residents in need.

People aged 60 or above
No infectious disease
No disposition towards acts of violence
Conform to live in group
Admission process
The elderly, the relatives or legal guardian have to visit the elderly home for completion of relevant registration and admission contract and prepare the following documents on or before the date of admission:
Hong Kong Identity Card
Medical Examination Form
Note of Follow-up consultation
Records of medical history
Medication and relevant documents
Medical fee waiver (If any)
Apparel and daily necessities, please avoid bringing valuables
