In the Healthcare Spirit Awards 2018 organized by South China Morning Post, Senior Care carried off 3 awards including the Gold medal winner, the highest acknowledgement under the award of Spirit in Care Work.
All 3 EBPS homes of Senior Care have been accredited by the Residential Aged Care Accreditation Scheme (RACAS) of Association of Gerontology and rewarded by the Hong Kong Association of Gerontology Accreditation Division (Approved Certification Bodies of SWD) for the accreditation of continuous service quality enhancement since March 2021.

Since 2019, Senior Care has been actively participating in the Caring Company Scheme. In 2025, all five care homes under the Group were awarded the Caring Company Logo, recognising the Group's commitment to building an inclusive society and contributing to social development.
Senior Care emphasizes service quality and corporate image, therefore we promote continuing education to staff for better abilities as well as prospect.
Under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) mechanism, 39 personal care workers from our residential care homes have successfully obtained the "Certificate of Comprehensive Qualifications for Residential Care Workers". Aligning with our internal training program, we will continue to provide professional care services to our residents.
Senior Care Amity, a member of our group, has successfully passed the audit conducted by the internationally accredited certification body, Accredited Certification International Limited (ACI), and has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification. This certification covers residential care home and elderly day care services, affirming that our service processes, management systems, and continuous improvement practices meet international standards.
We have always upheld professionalism, attentiveness, and continuous enhancement as our core values. Through a systematic management approach, we ensure consistent service quality and provide safe, reliable, and high-standard care for the elderly.
